Zameen Quadrangle

Overview

Instead of designing something incredibly elaborate to provide the best to our clients, we decided on keeping it clean and
simple – creating a distinct geometrical concept. Our aim was not ‘less is more’ but capitalising on the power of minimalism.

In line with this decision, the project’s concept features geometrical lines and modular floor plans. The design highlights
the stepped form of the building – a standout feature providing the higher floors of the building with panoramic views of the city.

The harmonious elevation of the building actually resulted in the name ‘Zameen Quadrangle’. Our architects and engineers optimised the building to benefit from the four-sided concept – implementing simple strategies to make it comfortable, efficient,
and ecologically aware.
